OUR HISTORY
Founded by Leighton Britton, Britt Aero has produced quality work and continuing customer service in the aerospace industry since 1986.
We currently staff 65 experienced employees that hold the job titles of Engineer, Toolmaker, and Machinist. Many of our employees have worked at Britt Aero for over ten years. Our ability to work as a team to accomplish a goal is unmatched.
Our location in West Central Indiana allows us to attract a highly skilled, motivated workforce, while maintaining very competitive operating costs.
We strive to make our name synonymous with quality through aggressive problem solving and a sincere effort to meet our customers’ needs while providing a collaborative working atmosphere.
Britt Aero is well known nationwide for our industry leading tooling and production techniques in Aerospace engineering. This has given us the opportunity to work with important clients such as; GE Aviation, Unison ENG, Pratt and Whitney North America & Canada, UTC Aerospace, and Rolls Royce.

BUILT TO SERVE
Our facility is completely temperature controlled, eliminating any need to compensate for expansion and contraction during the tool manufacturing and inspection cycle.
Britt Aero offers a combination of 3, 4, and 5 Axis Precision Machining Centers, CNC/Manual Turning centers, Extensive Waterjet capabilities and CMM capacity large enough to inspect any product Britt Aero produces.
Additionally, we at Britt Aero have a highly dedicated Engineering support staff with unlimited capabilities that most competitors do not.
This assures repeatability and gives our customers the confidence that our dimensional findings will be repeated in their facilities.
